Tender (LTO hourly)

Trading Hub Europe GmbH (THE GmbH) is inviting bids for the provision of balancing services in the periods indicated below in order to meet its long-term balancing requirements in the multi-quality market area Trading Hub Europe, with bids being requested for the "Hourly" product variant of the “Long-Term Options” (LTO).

Please note that for the Hourly product variant of the LTO product, bids are being invited for both the receipt (SystemSELL) and the supply (SystemBUY) of gas by providers, with providers to take and make delivery of low CV gas in the balancing zones specified below.

The tenders are carried out for the contract period 9 September 2024 6 a.m. to 21 September 2024 6 a.m.

If you wish to respond to the above tender invitations, please submit your bids between 6 August 2024, 12 hours to 13 August 2024, 12 hours.

Please note:

• The tender is carried out because the long-term balancing requirement for L gas cannot be covered by the SCB product due to planned maintenance of the storage facilities in the LO balancing zone
• The bidding period is five and not ten business days, so that the bidding period for the LTO Hourly product ends at the same time as the bidding period currently taking place for the SCB product (contract period September 2024).
• Bids can be submitted for both the LW balancing zone and the LO balancing zone – a cost-optimal bid acceptance will be made.

THE GmbH will accept bids by 16 August 2024, 12:00 hours by awarding individual contracts (“System Balancing Transaction Agreements”) for the above contract period. Furthermore, we refer to section 5, sentence 7 of the Terms and Conditions for External System Balancing Actions "The Provider shall not be entitled to demand acceptance of one bid or all of the bids by the MAM".
